Shipping Rates

  • Local Shipping (Malaysia only)

    • Free shipping for orders RM180 and above, applicable only to Klang Valley (W.P. Kuala Lumpur, Selangor & Putrajaya) and Peninsular Malaysia (outside Klang Valley).

    • Klang Valley (W.P. Kuala Lumpur, Selangor & Putrajaya): shipping from RM8.00 and above.

    • Peninsular Malaysia (outside Klang Valley): shipping from RM8.00 and above.

    • W.P. Labuan: shipping from RM13.00 and above (not eligible for free shipping).

    • East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): shipping from RM15.00 and above (not eligible for free shipping).

 

Order Processing & Delivery Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 working days before shipping.

  • Our aim is to deliver all orders within 7 working days from dispatch. Delivery timeframe may vary depending on destination and courier coverage.

Tracking Your Order

  • You can find your tracking number via the delivery confirmation email or by logging into your account.

  • Please allow a few hours for tracking information to become active after the confirmation email is sent.

If You're Not Home

  • Parcels require a signature upon delivery.

  • If you're not home at delivery time, our courier will leave a notification card with instructions for how to retrieve your parcel.

Delays or Missing Orders

  • If you do not see a delivery status update after 7 days, please contact our customer service team so we can assist and investigate.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Prices on product pages and checkout do not include duties, taxes or import fees.

  • Orders are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). If applicable, destination country/customs authority may charge additional fees. You will be responsible for these to release your order from customs.

Changes & Updates

  • Ohana Baby Shop reserves the right to adjust shipping rates, regions, or delivery timelines. Any changes will be communicated on the website or via email before becoming effective.
