Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns or exchanges for defective or incorrect products that are unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories within 15 days of delivery.
  • Exchanges depend on stock availability.
Tip: Keep all tags and inner packaging intact. Use a trackable courier for any return.

Non-Returnable Items

Items purchased at promotional or heavily discounted prices (including “sale” items) are not eligible for size or color exchanges or refunds unless the error is on our part.

Important Notes

  • Do not send any return before contacting us for authorization.
  • We are not responsible for parcels returned without authorization or parcels lost or damaged in transit.
  • Online returns cannot be processed in physical stores.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us within 15 days of delivery via email or the return form on our website. Provide your order number, photos (if defective/incorrect), and a short description.
  2. Our team will reply within 1–3 working days with instructions and a return authorization if eligible.
  3. After we receive and verify the item, we will process your exchange or store credit within up to 14 working days.

Packaging Guidelines

  • Pack items securely to prevent transit damage.
  • Do not stick labels or tape directly on branded product boxes or inner packaging.
